One Breath, One Treatment, and One Moment at a Time.
At Morning Breeze Healing, we believe true healing begins by creating space for the body, mind, and spirit to restore balance naturally.
Founded by Saba Nakhai, L.Ac., Morning Breeze Healing offers a personalized approach to wellness through acupuncture and complementary healing therapies. Each session is thoughtfully designed to support the individual, not simply address a symptom, while creating a calm, nurturing environment where healing and restoration can unfold.
Saba's approach may incorporate acupuncture, acupressure, cupping, moxibustion, gua sha, tui na, aromatherapy, Reiki, sound therapy, and tuning forks, depending on each client’s needs and goals.
With a foundation in Traditional Chinese Medicine and a deep appreciation for the connection between physical, emotional, and energetic well-being, Saba approaches each treatment with compassion, presence, and respect for the body’s innate capacity to heal.
Morning Breeze Healing is a sanctuary for slowing down, reconnecting, and nurturing your well-being.

Saba’s Approach
At the heart of Saba’s practice is the belief that healing is not one-size-fits-all. Every treatment begins with listening, observation, and an individualized understanding of the person sitting in front of her.
Through Morning Breeze Healing, Saba strives to offer more than a treatment—she creates a space for restoration, connection, and renewal, where each individual can feel supported on their own path toward greater balance and well-being.
