About the event

✨Scheduling rest avoids burn out. A gentle, yet powerful hour of Guided Meditation, Sound Bath, and Reiki will help you clear the energy of the passing Venus retrograde in Leo (July 22nd through September 3rd) to prepare for the fall season. Mercury’s retrograde transit will keep us on our toes until September 15th.

✨This Venus retrograde brought deep work and honesty to our relationships, especially the one we have with ourselves. Following the Full Moon in Pisces on August 30th, the “astrological weather” will continue to support finding balance between our physical health, routines, and the autonomy of logic (Sun in Virgo) & our spiritual health, new possibilities, and the freedom of intuition (Moon in Pisces).

✨Join Reiki Practitioner Kristin Irwin for a group Sound Bath with Guided Meditation & Reiki, Sunday September 3rd at 5pm and let the deep tones of the gong, crystal bowls, vocals, and shruti box guide you into a liminal state of relaxation to source untapped resources within yourself.

✨Holistic health modalities, such as Sound Bath and Reiki, focus self-awareness on the innate capacity for personal resilience, neutralizing the effects of stress, and encouraging post-traumatic growth.

✨With the invocation of the four directions & the four elements, Kristin opens ceremony for each guest to commune with their personal divine team: Guardians, Guides, and Healed Ancestors.

✨Reiki does not conflict with any religion or belief system because it has no dogma. The guests need only close their eyes, relax, and receive.
