✨Sunday, September 29th at 9:00am, connect to your inner world to release stress and tension. At Devotion Studio, Reiki Sound Meditation cultivates deep relaxation to create a transformative experience with live instruments and benevolent energy. 

✨Guided Meditation grounds us by focusing our attention on our breath in the present moment. 

 ✨The tones of the Shruti box, bowls, gongs, and chimes shift our brainwaves through entrainment, a law of Physics. This is the brain’s electrical response to rhythmic sensory stimulation, helping us meditate.  

✨Reiki enhances this effect, bringing our mind and body into alignment to allow for stress to leave our body and emotional resolution to occur.
