✨ Reiki Sound Meditation combines guided meditation, breath awareness, sound immersion, and Reiki to encourage deep relaxation and present-moment awareness. By shifting our attention away from the constant demands of daily life, we create space for the nervous system to move toward a calmer “rest and digest” state.

 ✨ The soothing tones of the Shruti box, crystal bowls, gong, and chime provide rhythmic sensory stimulation that can make it easier to settle the mind and enter a meditative state, even if meditation is new to you.

✨ Reiki adds another layer of quiet and intentional relaxation, creating an opportunity to release tension, settle racing thoughts, process emotions, and reconnect with yourself. Regular practices that promote relaxation and mindfulness may support stress reduction, emotional balance, mental clarity, and a greater sense of calm.
