✨Sunday, March 24th at 7pm, gather at Devotion Studio to connect to your inner world with Reiki Sound Meditation. The Lunar eclipse is a powerful time to cleanse our emotional body and set intentions for renewal and rejuvenation. This is Spring cleaning for your soul!

✨Guided breathing allows beginners to access the benefits of meditation quickly. Guests' brainwaves sync via brain entrainment with the musical stimulation of deep Gong tones, singing Crystal Bowls, and vocal harmonizing to elicit the 'Relaxation Response:' lowered heart rate & blood pressure, release of muscle tension, nervous system toning, and cellular repair... all through inactive listening!

✨At Devotion Studio, Reiki Sound Meditation creates a protected space for radical transformations of the Self through non-denominational ceremony. Reiki, a Japanese technique for relaxation and stress reduction, does not conflict with any religion or belief system because it has no dogma. Neurodivergent individuals and children over the age of 5 are encouraged to experience Reiki Sound Bath.
