This offering is meant to assist the mind-body-spirit's transition from Winter to Spring through intentional practices such as rhythmic breathwork, somatic movement, playful dance, and dynamic meditation. A carefully crafted framework of movement and stillness fosters trust of your own authentic energy and intuitive perception.
