✨The deep tones of the gong, crystal bowls, vocals, and shruti box guide your brain waves from beta (thinking) to theta (dream state). This liminal state of relaxation tones your nervous system, signals cellular repair, and empowers resilience. With the invocation of the sacred Four Directions & the Four Elements, Kristin opens ceremony for each guest to commune with their personal "unseen team": Guardians, Guides, and Healed Ancestors. Benevolent energies are channeled for the benefit of the attendees.
