Evening Reiki Sound Bath (11/19 @5pm)

✨Sunday November 19th at 5pm, with the help of Guided Meditation, the Reiki Sound Bath will clear our minds and bodies before the upcoming holiday so we can be present and loving, however we choose to celebrate.

✨The deep tones of the gong, crystal bowls, vocals, and shruti box guide your brain waves from beta (thinking) to theta (dream state). This liminal state of relaxation tones your nervous system, signals cellular repair, and empowers resilience.

✨With the invocation of the sacred Four Directions & the Four Elements, Kristin opens ceremony for each guest to commune with their personal "unseen team": Guardians, Guides, and Healed Ancestors. Benevolent energies (ex: Ganesha, Lady of the Lake, Lakshmi) are channeled for the benefit of the attendees.

✨Reiki, a Japanese technique for relaxation and stress reduction, does not conflict with any religion or belief system because it has no dogma. People and children of all faiths are encouraged to experience Sound Bath.
