Autumn Equinox Reiki Sound Bath

✨The Autumn Equinox, when the Earth is midway between the zenith of Summer light and the trough of Winter darkness, is a time of reflection and balance. Connecting to what we have with gratitude and radical acceptance creates a safe sanctuary to take personal "inventory" of our shortcomings. Willful atonement, expressing amends to seek forgiveness, clears our psyche before the hibernal season.

✨With the invocation of the sacred Four Directions & the Four Elements, Kristin opens ceremony for each guest to commune with their personal unseen team: Guardians, Guides, and Healed Ancestors.
