Private Yoga Therapy

Practice as unique as you are

Rachel offers highly individualized therapeutic yoga for structural spinal issues, neurological conditions and women’s health including scoliosis, herniation, spinal fusion, hyperkyphosis, MS, Parkinson’s, prenatal and postnatal support, endometriosis and menstrual-cycle concerns.

Sessions begin with an understanding of your history, physical patterns, movement, breath and daily habits. Together, you develop therapeutic sequences and sustainable practices that honor your unique body and can evolve with you through changing seasons of life.

Soul Blueprint Ceremony

Listen for what is asking to be tended

A private, spirit-led ceremony for deeper listening and intuitive guidance. Together, we enter sacred space, clear the field with smoke or sound, call upon supportive ancestors and guides, and sit in silent Tea meditation.

Rachel listens to what arises within the body, the energetic field and your unseen support team, translating those insights with you into personalized practices. With your consent, she may also share impressions or messages connected with ancestors, guides or loved ones who have crossed. The ceremony may illuminate an area calling for deeper work, including ancestral healing, past-life journeying, energetic clearing or womb-centered ceremony.

Tea Ceremony | Cha Dao

Entering the living rhythm of Tea

Tea ceremony is a sacred weaving of the elements and the cosmos. Water meets fire. Incense rises into air. Tea carries the memory of tree, forest, rain and soil. Within the Cha Dao, each Tea carries its own dharma—its particular nature and wisdom to share with the practitioner. We gather not simply to drink Tea, but to enter into communion with Her and listen for what may be revealed.

Ceremonies may be shared individually, as a couple, with families or groups, or woven into weddings, bachelorettes, retreats and rites of passage.
