✨Saturday, May 4th at 4:30pm, connect to your inner world to release stress and tension. At Devotion Studio, Reiki Sound Meditation cultivates deep relaxation to create a transformative experience with live instruments and benevolent energy. 

✨Guided breathing allows beginners to access the benefits of meditation quickly. Guests' brainwaves sync via brain entrainment with the musical stimulation of deep Gong tones, singing Crystal Bowls, and vocal harmonizing to elicit the 'Relaxation Response:' lowered heart rate & blood pressure, release of muscle tension, nervous system toning, and cellular repair... all through inactive listening!

✨Reiki, a Japanese technique for relaxation and stress reduction, does not conflict with any religion or belief system because it has no dogma. Neurodivergent individuals and children over the age of 5 are encouraged to experience Reiki Sound Meditation.
