About Devotion

"The healer you have been looking for is your own courage to know and love yourself completely."
-Yung Pueblo

In cultures across the globe, Sound Meditation has been used to improve well-being for centuries. Sound Bath allows first-time meditators to easily access the benefits of meditating: instant reduction in tension, stress, anxiety, depression, and physical pain.

Using Reiki, Sound, and Guided Meditation, practitioner Kristin Irwin creates a unique Ceremony to acknowledge and bring balance to the Mental, Emotional, and Physical bodies of each attendee.

Reiki is a universal life-force power that works consistently to the receiver’s highest benefit. It does not conflict with any religion and it can do no harm.

Reiki can safely complement any therapy or treatment your health practitioner recommends. Reiki is innately directed to wherever it will do the most good. The benefits of Reiki often unfold the days after a session.

Education and Certifications

  • Reiki I&II, April 2019

  • Reiki Master, April 2022

  • Priest in the Order of Melchizedek, May 2022

Legally ordained as a minister, Kristin Irwin is able to perform marriage ceremonies, dedications, funeral rites, baptisms, memorial services, and blessings. The Order of Melchizedek is a service order, not a religion, dedicated to easing human suffering.

Kristin Irwin, a spiritual channel, combines core-shamanic practices with Reiki energy to create individual and group ceremonies. Through the elemental energies of the Earth, Kristin connects to your extra-sensory intuition to hold space for radical transformations of the self: transmuting lifetimes of experiences ranging from trauma, grief, resentments, anger, sadness, disease, and other taboos.

Attuned to the Holy Fire Usui Reiki energy since April 2019, Kristin received Reiki placements from William Lee Rand and Brett Bevell in October 2021. Initiated into the Andean Mystic tradition on 1/11/20, she continues her spiritual education with mentors, mystics, and shamans of many cultural backgrounds.

  • BS Biology 2004 & Radiation Therapist 2005

At the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, Kristin studied Biology and Chemistry with a focus of earning Pre-Med credentials. Kristin furthered her education at the Community College of Baltimore County to earn National Board Certification as a Radiation Therapist in Radiation Oncology.

A decade in the Documentary Television and Film industry piqued Kristin’s interest in light, sound, design and their effects on our perception to create unique personal experiences.
