Reiki Sound Meditation (3/10 evening)

🌚You're invited to set aside time to honor stillness and align with the final New Moon before the Spring Eclipse portal!   

🌚Sunday, March 10th at 7pm, is the last call for manifestations before the "astrological weather" gets topsy-turvy.  

🌚This lunar phase is a time to co-create your reality: amplifying your potential and accepting the circumstances you cannot change. It’s a time to feel the vastness of your energy and confidently follow the flow of your life. It can be disruptive, but liberating.  

🌈Humans comprehend their inner life by what they see and do. At Devotion Studio, Kristin creates a non-denominational ceremony to explore your inner world with Reiki Sound Meditation.   

🌈Guided breathing allows beginners to access the benefits of meditation. Guests’ brainwaves sync with the musical stimulation of deep Gong tones, the drone of the shruti box, and singing Crystal Bowls to elicit the ‘Relaxation Response:’ lowered heart rate & blood pressure, release of muscle tension, nervous system toning, and cellular repair... all through inactive listening!  

🌈Reiki, a Japanese technique for relaxation and stress reduction, does not conflict with any religion or belief system because it has no dogma.   

🌈Neurodivergent individuals and children over the age of 5 are encouraged to experience Reiki Sound Bath.
