✨Reiki Sound Meditation cultivates deep relaxation with Guided Meditation to focus our attention on our breath and the present moment, allowing the nervous system to enter a state of "rest and digest" for a deep reset.

 ✨The tones of the Shruti box, bowls, gong, and chime shift our brainwaves to frequencies experienced during deep sleep. Entrainment, a law of Physics, is the brain’s electrical response to rhythmic sensory stimulation, helping us meditate without regular practice.  

✨Reiki enhances this effect, helping the effects of stress leave your body and emotional resolution to occur.  Spirit is ethical. It provides assistance when we ask for it.
