New Moon Reiki Sound Bath

✨Thursday January 11th at 8pm, gather at Devotion Studio for a Reiki Sound Bath and Guided Meditation to usher in 2024. The January New Moon in Capricorn (1/11) is indubitably a pragmatic fresh start to our collective's Gregorian calendar.  Aligning with the "cosmic weather" of the lunar phase helps us tap into something greater than ourselves. With possibilities overflowing, what will you dream into your reality? What will you choose to give direction and life? 

✨Guests' brainwaves sync via brain entrainment with the musical stimulation of deep gong tones, singing crystal bowls, and vocal harmonizing to elicit the 'Relaxation Response:' lowered heart rate & blood pressure, release of muscle tension, nervous system toning, and cellular repair.

✨Aligning with alpha and gamma frequencies for an extended meditation empowers resilience and allows the guests' communion with their "unseen team:" Divine Guardians, Guides, & Healed Ancestors. Benevolent deities (ex: Ganesha, Lady of the Lake, Lakshmi) are channeled for the benefit of the group.
