Sunday Sound Bath

✨Open to the deep relaxation of Reiki Sound Bath with Guided Meditation, Sunday December 17th, 8pm-9pm with Reiki Master Kristin Irwin to clear our minds and bodies before the upcoming holiday so we can be present and loving, however we choose to celebrate.

✨The drone of the "shruti box" begins our Guided Meditation via entrainment (your brainwaves sync with the musical stimulation.) The deep tones of the gong, crystal bowls, and vocals interact with the water in our body's cells to elicit the 'Relaxation Response,' (lowered heart rate & blood pressure, release of muscle tension). This liminal state of relaxation tones your nervous system, signals cellular repair, and empowers resilience.

✨With the invocation of the sacred Four Directions & the Four Elements, Kristin opens ceremony for each guest to commune with their personal "unseen team": Guardians, Guides, and Healed Ancestors. Benevolent energies (ex: Ganesha, Lady of the Lake, Lakshmi) are channeled for the benefit of the attendees.

✨Reiki, a Japanese technique for relaxation and stress reduction, does not conflict with any religion or belief system because it has no dogma. People and children of all faiths are encouraged to experience Sound Bath.
