Service Description

Refresh your team dynamics with "Team Building Reiki." Held virtually or in-person, we lead a short intention setting session: the group decides on qualities that would improve their work setting. Then, everyone is guided into a relaxed state to allow Reiki to support the group's goals. Group Reiki is an excellent modality to reduce symptoms of Burnout, Compassion Fatigue, Stress, and Anxiety. Ask about the sliding scale for volunteers, teachers, social workers, and high-stress groups.
