✨Reiki Sound Meditation cultivates deep relaxation to create a transformative experience with live instruments and benevolent energy. Guided Meditation focuses our attention on our breath and the present moment. 

 ✨The tones of the Shruti box, bowls, gong, and chime shift our brainwaves to frequencies experienced during deep sleep. Entrainment, a law of Physics, is the brain’s electrical response to rhythmic sensory stimulation, helping us meditate.
