Reiki Sound Meditation (6/1)

✨Join us for Devotion Studio's 3rd Birthday! Sunday, June 1st at 11am, calm the Mind & Body with Sound Immersion and Reiki Energy and connect with the Devotion community. Meet like-minded individuals at our weekly Reiki Sound Meditation.

✨Reiki Sound Meditation cultivates deep relaxation to create a transformative experience with live instruments and benevolent energy. Guided Meditation focuses our attention on our breath and the present moment.

✨The tones of the Shruti box, bowls, gong, and chime shift our brainwaves to frequencies experienced during deep sleep. Entrainment, a law of Physics, is the brain’s electrical response to rhythmic sensory stimulation, helping us meditate.

✨Reiki enhances this effect, helping the effects of stress leave your body and emotional resolution to occur.  Spirit is ethical. It provides assistance when we ask for it.

✨Dress for comfort and bring your water bottle!
